These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LangMaster's website, mobile applications when released, learning tools, community features, AI-powered services, and all related products and services.

By creating an account, accessing LangMaster, or using any part of the service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

Where you do not agree to these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using LangMaster.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LangMaster independently.

Children under 13 may use LangMaster only with the consent, supervision, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements or that a parent or legal guardian has authorized your use of the service.

You may need to create an account to access certain LangMaster features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify LangMaster if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.
• Maintain an appropriate and non-misleading Root Name or profile identity.

You may not create an account using another person's identity, impersonate another individual, or transfer your account without our written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LangMaster grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial language and cultural learning.

This licence does not transfer ownership of LangMaster software, content, technology, branding, or learning materials to you.

Any commercial, institutional, educational, or enterprise use must be expressly authorized by LANGMASTER LTD in writing.

You agree not to:

• Use LangMaster for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, servers, systems, or data without permission.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform.
• Circumvent subscriptions, access controls, security measures, or usage limits.
• Harass, threaten, bully, deceive, or discriminate against other users.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Manipulate XP, streaks, leaderboards, challenges, badges, or learning results.
• Use automated bots or scripts to create accounts or interact with the service.

Violations may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

LangMaster provides AI-powered features designed to support language learning, translation, conversation practice, pronunciation, storytelling, writing assistance, and cultural understanding.

AI-generated responses are provided for educational purposes and may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or culturally imperfect.

You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated content. LangMaster does not guarantee that every translation, explanation, pronunciation assessment, or cultural interpretation will be error-free.

You retain ownership of original content you submit to LangMaster, including profile content, community posts, comments, questions, answers, media, audio recordings, and messages.

By submitting content, you grant LANGMASTER LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, moderate, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and provide the service.
• Display content within Village Square and community features.
• Provide AI-powered learning functionality.
• Maintain security and enforce platform rules.
• Improve and support LangMaster services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

LangMaster may offer free and paid subscription plans, digital products, family plans, and other paid services.

Paid transactions may be processed through authorized payment providers such as Paystack.

We aim to keep LangMaster reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.

Access may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure failure, internet disruption, third-party services, security incidents, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Your use of LangMaster is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information.

We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user:

• Has violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Has engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Has compromised platform or user security.
• Has manipulated learning progress or platform rewards.
• Has failed to make required payments.
• Creates risk or legal exposure for LangMaster or other users.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

You may stop using LangMaster and request account deletion at any time, subject to necessary legal and record-retention requirements.

LangMaster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LANGMASTER LTD disclaims warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability.
• Guaranteed language fluency or educational outcomes.
• Accuracy of all AI-generated responses.
• Compatibility with every device or network.
• Permanent availability of any particular feature.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including effort, consistency, individual ability, content availability, and personal circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LANGMASTER LTD and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use LangMaster.
• Loss of data, progress, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill.
• User-generated content or interactions with other users.
• Unauthorized access to an account.
• Third-party platforms or payment services.
• Reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LANGMASTER LTD and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of LangMaster.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Content you submit to the platform.
• Your unlawful or unauthorized activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

This choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that may apply in your country of residence.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact LANGMASTER LTD so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to LangMaster, new features, legal obligations, payment arrangements, community standards, or business practices.

Where an update is material, we may notify users through the website, application, or email.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
